Moving my collection from Comic Collector to CLZ Comics Web

Hello,

I am looking to move to Comics Web and I need to bring my collection created in Comic Collector. I have 3 different collections and the one in the Comics Web is the incorrect one. How can I go about moving my other collection to the clz comics web software. Thanks.

Do you have 1 file in Comic Collector on Windows with subcollections inside?

If so here’s what you can do:

FIRST: make absolutely sure you have your latest data in your desktop software. Then continue with these steps:

On your COMPUTER in COMIC COLLECTOR:

  1. Go to menu CLZ Cloud > Synchronize
  2. Click the “Clear CLZ Cloud” button bottom left and confirm.
  3. Now sync with CLZ Cloud to upload all your data to the CLZ Cloud again.

Now everything should be correct in your CLZ Comics Web app!

IF YOU USE THE MOBILE APP TOO, DO THIS ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE(s)
4. On any mobile devices where you use our CLZ mobile app:

  • Tap the menu top left and tap MAINTENANCE, then use Clear Database,
  • Then choose Sync with CLZ Cloud to download a fresh copy of your data from the CLZ Cloud.
