My desktop collection is set to sync automatically , but it does not even though I’m logged in and connected to the internet.
Any thoughts on why this is happening?
The sync doesn’t start and will pause if you do anything in the Windows version.
I recommend for now to disable autosync and just do your sync manually, to see if the sync at least works for you.
Perhaps there is 1 sync item that just doesn’t get through that keeps coming back? You should be able to spot that if you disable autosync and just sync manually.
