I am not sure where to go for this issue, but I have Movie Collector (and Book Collector) and my subscription for MC expired today. I went to re-subscribe and I also included BC (which had expired a while back) and somehow I accidentally subscribed to the web version. I know that that has replaced the Windows based version, but that version does not work for me.
Is there a way for me to switch my purchase over and re-active my Windows version?

Might want to reach out to their support directly. Alwin and crew are usually very accommodating in this issue. I had done something similar. I had meant to subscribe to the web version for movie collector and accidently added more time to the legacy program. I do like the web version but it does not do everything the windows program does. And I could not renew the legacy versions of the other collectors products to get to the latest windows version and they helped with that too. I found having the legacy to add what I want that the web version don’t works for me. I now usually use the web version to look, add, etc. then the legacy to make those updates for info the web version does not do. The web versions work nice because you can do it anywhere you have internet where the legacy is limited to where you have the software installed.
