I just opened up music collector and my albums are gone I had 2426 entered and now zero, I trried.TYools>maitenace>. and restore database…nothing. t
If you use “Tools > Maintenance > Restore” the menu there will also say how many albums are in the restore - and it is normally NOT a good idea to just randomly restore backups. So please do not click/do anything “random” without our instructions from this point forward.
Possible solution:
It sounds like some kind of filter is active on your computer.
Open the quick filter panel, top left. It has a red exclamation mark on the button probably, as it is active. The red icon indicates that the filter is active.
You can either:
- Click “Reset Filters” at the bottom.
- Or uncheck “Keep Active” and hide the quick filter panel.
If that’s not it can you check if you have a collection status filter active via menu Search > In Collection Status > ALL
And if that’s not it, check the bottom bar of your program, does it say a filter is on?
I did the things listed in order. Nothing and the bottom said filters none,
Also the albums are still listed in the cloud.
Indeed there are 2426 albums in your Cloud.
If those look good, you can download them from cloud:
- Click menu File > New Database
- Click menu File > Save Database As
- Save it in DOCUMENTS > MUSIC COLLECTOR with a **new name that you will remember. **
- In the program, now click menu CLZ Cloud > Synchronize
- Now sync and wait for it to finish.
Let me know how that goes!
