The mobile app will not load. Please help!

It looks to have been a widespread issue relating to the newest version. An update is supposed to be released today.
Yeah I’m still not seeing the App update / fix. This is super annoying. I tried leaving it open for hours but it’s impossible to leave open for 4 hours straight.
The fix update @Kennyg mentions was released 6 hours ago from when I’m posting this now.
CLZ Comics v10.8.2 was approved and released. It contains a fix for the problem where the “Optimization database” process wasn’t finishing/takes a long time. The new version that was just released has a much faster conversion process and should get you through it.
Your app may have updated itself already, but, to make sure, try this:
- On your device, open the App Store app.
- Search “CLZ” and select your CLZ app.
- Tap “Update” to update the app.
Then after updating, run the app, and it will start converting your database again. This time it should not take longer than 5-10 minutes. Keep the screen on and open on it while it does that.
Can you please let me know if that worked or not?
I was able to run the update and it went much quicker. I’m now back in and everything seems to be working. Thanks for getting it resolved!
