Orc Island #1 shows $75.
I’m only seeing a couple of recent sales, neither of which confirm a grade.
But there are several NM copies for sale on eBay for a few dollars.
Are you able to find any confirmed sales to help adjust that value? Thanks!

TLDR: you are correct - the $75 value was based on an old sale with a pin included, which historically has gone for a premium. The sale has since been moved to a specific “pin included” “variant” (cover is the same).
A few things on the info and concepts in your post:
There’s a version of Orc Island #1 with a pin and one without. Sales with the pin included have historically gone for notably more. The value you’re seeing is old - from before we were auto-differentiating sales with and without the pin. The sale has since been moved to the “pin included” variant.
It’s important to note that the value is greyed out. That means the FMV is based on data that is over several months old.
In auto-matching sales, the condition is important. You showed sales that do not have any sort of NM, 9.4, 9.2, VF/NM, 9.0 designation, so those sales won’t appear in the NM bucket. The last designated NM sale we recorded was in April 2024.
The NM bucket has the most sales, so it’s considered the Most Common Condition for raws. You did not designate a grade for your copy, so you get the MCCFMV (Most Common Condition Fair Market Value).
Thanks for drawing our attention to this matter.
