Price change is legit. Previously recorded NM+ range sale was a very solid 9.8 candidate so buyer paid a premium. The last NM+ raw sale that just came in was notably lower. Also, this is the issue with the NM+ raw bucket generally. There just aren’t a lot of sales at that level as most sales at the very high grades are in slabbed form. (for instance, we have 9 recorded NM+ sales, but we have 65 9.8 slab sales and 83 9.6 slab sales).
