Is there a way to include issues / books in the database once they are announced?
Example: Spider-Man epic collection 12 was announced a while ago. Penquin Random House has had it on their website for months but it’s not in the app yet.
What is the date when books are expected to be included if they are solicited in the future and can we include them earlier than today?
I understand for single issues it may be difficult but the collected editions especially would benefit from this.
What rules do you have for adding today though? Next 90 days? I can help with the longer term collected editions for marvel/DC but would be good to understand the window of time to focus on.
Hi, thank you for providing this list. I’ve been meaning to update you on this topic, couldn’t find your post . Thanks to your detailed list we noticed how many tpb’s and hc’s we were missing. We’ve looked further into getting this data in our system te same way as regular comics and came to a good solution for this. From now on you shouldn’t see any future missing hc and tpb as they’ll be added when we’re processing comics on a monthly basis (previews). We do realise we have a backlog of missing books, we’ll be working hard to get those in core as fast as we can!
