Receiving errors for similar responces

Hello,

I am not sure why this is happening, but when i respond to a request that has been completed (like saying “thank you”) i can only respond that way once. If there are two requests i cannot respond the same way twice, i receive an error pop-up. Is this an error? Can this be changed?

I got this too. Guess they don’t want us plagiarizing our own text. LOL

It’s probably an anti-spam feature in the forum software. It prevents bot or compromised accounts from spamming the same thing all over the place.

That would make sense. How they always want to confirm you are human. Annoying, but i get it. There has to be another way to confirm.

Indeed that is probably an automatic anti-spam thing provided by the forum software.

If you’re posting “thank you” a lot you can also just click the little “heart” icon under one of our content managers responses - they will be notified and see your “heart” click - and accept it as a thank you
