To the left of the Title is a small icon that seems to be the “Format”, eg hardcover, eBook, etc. Is there a way to remove that icon, it serves no purpose to me.

Thank you Alwin, for the prompt response. Maybe consider this for a future update? I’m one of those OCD people who always try to keep their displays free of distractions.
