I’d like to remove all the links form the links tab, as there all the old Comic Collector Core links and not useful anymore.
Is there a way to do this?
I’m afraid not, it is not possible to use “Edit Multiple” on those.
It is possible to edit one comic, go to the links tab, remove the links, then click on the NEXT button at the bottom to quickly go to the next, and the next, etc.
I have this on our feature request list to be able to quickly remove bad links, but it just hasn’t made the cut (yet).

Afraid not. It is just on our ideas list for CLZ Comics Web, and we can’t promise that right now.
It will not make it to Comic Collector Windows though (I only just noticed that’s where you posted).
I recommend just going through them as mentioned in my comment back in October.
