Restoring data from your servers

I am using the trial version of CLZ Movies Web having used the Desktop version of Movie Collector for a great many years. I make a local backup of Movie Collector every day and have used that from time to time to restore a previous database

I’ve looked for help in backing up Movies Web but a search of the help manual only gives the following: “Creating a local backup
We always back up your data on our own servers, every day,”. My question is how do I restore from the data backed up on your servers as I do not want to create a local backup but rather use a backup up from my own data on your servers

We indeed create backups on our servers from your data, every day. If a problem arises, and you don’t have a local backup, we can restore such a version for you manually.

And let us know which day you need a restore from (anything within 7 days is easy for us to do).
