Southern Nightgown

Howdy team,

Looking for a clean up for the series Southern Nightgown. I’ve used the Rothic site, Previews, and CGC for reference.

They also did several printings called ‘Rothic Unlimited’ versions that included previews of the next issue as well as sketch art.

Based on this, I think we should make the following changes:

Merge

Combine ‘Southern Nightgown, Vol. 2’ and ‘Vol.1’ - CGC have a separate listing for a ‘Southern Nightgown: A Rothic Novel’ from 2012 were there was only one issue. However, you currently have these in vol. 1, so I think it makes the most sense to combine all of these books into one volume (excluding the TPs). And most of the books in ‘Vol. 2’ are duplicates from ‘Vol. 1’.

Remove:

  • #1D - J. Scott Campbell Variant - this should be replaced by #1 from current Vol. 2 - this is a wraparound cover, with JSC on the front, and Dawn McTeigue on the back.

  • #6E - this is a duplicate of #6D

Update:

  • Change issue #0s to #1** - in the current ‘Vol. 1’, the three books you have listed as issue 0 are the ‘unlimited’ versions for #1. The current #1A is also an ‘unlimited’ version. The three that I have are all copyright 2012, and CGC lists these as (Campbell Variant, McTeigue Variant, and Variant’).

  • #2A - this is actually the original #1, published on the cover as ‘A Rothic Novel’. The image was reused for #2 (currently in Vol. 2, #2)

  • #3C - this is an ‘unlimited’ version

Add:

So in the end we should have the following for ‘Southern Nightgown, Vol. 1’ or just ‘Southern Nightgown’ (can we clean up the variant order?), all published in 2012 unless otherwise noted:

I’m bumping this myself. This is something we’re willing to do but need to find the right time and place for.

Currently merged the two volumes. I’m now busy with what you wrote under ‘Update:’

Question: what do you mean with * #3C - this is an ‘unlimited’ version?
