Is there any Internal Quality Control of your data-bases?
I have noticed that sometimes when adding an actor to cast&crew on the desktop Movies I might be given two options.
For example it might say Dave Jones and DaveJonesDaveJones and both have the chain-link icon beside them.
I would assume that the second offer is just wrong but I’m not sure how you go about tidying these up.
Is there any internal quality control: yes of course. We got people working on that database, checking things, fixing things every day.

The second one you mention isn’t correct indeed, and might’ve just walked in there by accident during an IMDb import. It happens.
Don’t worry about seeing that one there, we’ll pick it up at some point.
Just add the one you want and you’re good to go
