Hi! I submitted a book to core about a month ago. I haven’t seen it appear in core yet. How long do submissions usually take before they are approved/added?
How did you submit it? Did you submit a NEW book or a correction to an existing book?
Can you tell me the ISBN of the book you submitted?
Hi, Alwin, it was a new book. Unfortunately, it does not have an ISBN number. It is an art book published in 1993. Here is a screen shot of my database entry.
I see. We tend to usually only accept submissions with ISBN and we should put in a warning on this in our submit screen.
Books with ISBNs are usually processed within the hour, and certainly within 3 days.
Sorry this wasn’t clear (about books without ISBN). I recommend to just keep it in your collection as is, and forget about submitting this one 
That’s cool. It’s one of the few that I knew wasn’t in core. Didn’t know about the ISBN thing. I did do some digging and it definitely does NOT have an ISBN. Thanks for the info!
