My sub doesn’t expire until Feb 2026 am I expected to pay the higher price even though Iv’e already paid up till next year?

The price went up on May 1, 2024.
If you currently have a subscription up Feb 2026, then you must have paid the higher price already?
I didn’t pay the higher price I bought a yearly sub and then shortly after paid for another year on top of that
