My CLZ subscription recently expired. If I remember correctly last year it automatically renewed via Google play. I forgot about the automatic renewal, and renewed directly through the app via PayPal on 2025.05.01. I have the successful payment receipt in my PayPal history. Today I’ve tried to use the mobile app, and it’s showing an ‘Expired’ subscription status. One additional data point, my subscription status via ‘Google Play’ is showing 'Payment declined, w/an over due payment of $19.99 despite (presumably) paying successfully manually through PayPal. Did my change in payment method mess up my subscription status?
I see, that on May 2, you renewed through our CLZ Shop. So not through the app, not through the Play Store.

Always stick with the Play Store or App Store.
