Music Collector is showing one item needing to be synced and when I manually sync, the red notice icon disappears implying a successful sync. But when I close the window. The red icon re-appears saying I still need to sync one item. I can’t tell what item is causing the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated
When you do the sync, you should see in the sync log (the box in the sync screen) which item it’s trying to sync. Can you screenshot that and post it here?

Can you look up this album in your collection:
I think something is wrong with the artist. I recommend removing that album now. Then sync.
Then add the album again, then sync again, to see if the problem is gone.
Thanks AJ; that did it. Something was weird with the initial entry so after deleting it I re-entered all the info and it synced fine.
