Somehow several days ago, in the lingering fog of a case of flu, I deleted CLZ cloud. Since my desktop version was the good one, I uploaded it to the cloud. I also have an iPad and and iPhone version. Seems every time I make a change, anytime I sync the change, it downloads the entire cloud. and immediately uploads. When I open another app, the same thing happens. My deskop database is pretty well intacks, but the sync I just loaded to the cloud, despite downloading and up loading over 7000 files, still doesn’t show the change.
On the mobile apps, I recommend to clear the database in your app, then download all data from the CLZ Cloud again.
Here’s how to do that:
- open the app
- from the menu, choose Maintenance, then Clear Database
- then, again from the menu, choose Sync with CLZ Cloud to download your data.
