System Slow When Adding Multiple Issues

For about the past two weeks, the system has been slow when adding multiple issues of a title. When I only choose one issue and click Add 1 to Collection, it is immediate. When I choose two or more issues, I can count the seconds between each issue being added. I also notice the My Collection screen behind the Add Comics screen is flashing in between each issue like it is updating.

I thought the delay might be caused by an update to Safari, but get the same results in Chrome. Has the system been slow for some reason, or has my collection just gotten to a point that is simply takes longer to add to it?

Another user complained about this 2 weeks ago. We investigated and fixed a couple of problems that could cause slowness when adding comics.

But I understand you are still running into this now?

We have been able to find the problem and have just fixed it.

Can you confirm the adding of comic is now fast again?
