Hi members. Got a question. In my collection I have some albums that are scratched and I want to get them replaced someday. Is there a way to tag albums in your collection so that you can quickly bring them up while you’re in a store for example.
Thank you for the suggestions. It led me to a simple change the status (in the Personal tab) to “On Wish List” and I don’t even have to make a duplicate entry and no tags either. Very easy to get the list from the front end. Tags take more steps.
Please note that if you put an album on “wish list” it will not be counted if you ever check out “statistics” via the tools menu. Therefor Tags is likely the better route.
Or if you really want to put it on a collection status, “For Sale” would be the better one as that one is still counted as “in collection”
I would think since he owns one now but wants a replacement, adding a duplicate to Wishlist while leaving the original in collection would be the most logical approach - have one, want another, no?
