I created a User Defined Pick Lists.I have 23 values to add to it.
Is there a method to add them enmasse rather thanone at a time?

The fastest way to add values to UDF, is to click menu Edit > Manage Pick Lists
Then click your UDF, then add them there. You still have to do them with the plus button, one by one (so no copy/pasting from a text list) but it’s generally the fastest way.
