Usuablity improvement when selecting more than one movie

Sometimes I want to delete multiple movies at once. So I do a multiselect. I am so used to go to this place to delete a single movie:

But it does not work. I need to use the delete option over here (nothing wrong with this, makes more sense do it from here):

Some options in here do work and others don’t work when selecting multiple movie entries:

Same goes for the edit button in this detail panel. I think it will make more sense to disable this whole menu option when multiple movies are selected.

Selecting multiple movies already enables other options in the top, so my suggestion is to disable other options in the detail panel when selecting multiple movies.

I see your point, but I do not agree, the bar above the single entry is to do stuff with that single movie.

The bar above the selection/list is to do stuff with the list/selection under there.

I can agree on that as well. Then I would consider it a bug. I can click on an option in the menu but nothing happens.

So: select multiple movies. In the details panel try to edit the “selected movie”/“movie that is opened in the details”.

Not a big deal offcourse.
