Visual bug when using manage pick Lists

Hi,
I’m using 23.7.3 on Windows 11
When I go into Edit/Manage Pick List and select Variant Description and then merge 2 descriptions the result appears to be deleted from the variant description list.
However comics do show the new merged variant description.

I tried it with a couple of random variants on my side (and keep the search on) but it seems to work for me.

What happens if you clear the search in Manage Pick Lists, or just search for 2023, does it show up at all then? (scroll to it)
