When printing PDF CovrPrive Value Is empty

I am subscribed to CovrPrice And Linked I see the valuse when using the web app Comic Connect (also Subscribed) however when I try to export it as PDF the column is empty… is there a way to fix this?

This is also the case when exporting to cvs or txt…

Exporting the CovrPrice values is only possible if you are subscribed to CovrPrice on their Yearly Plan. Maybe you are on the Monthly plan?

You can change to a Yearly subscription like so:
Log in to your CovrPrice account at covrprice.com to change to their Yearly subscription plan.

Hello, I have an annual plan on CovrPrice and the values are still not showing up on the exported PDF. Can you please provide instructions on how to export my collection with the CovrPrice values?

@noreasonjustbecause it seems our system still thought you have monthly - I refreshed your status manually and it shows Yearly for us now too. Can you try exporting again? Let me know if that works.

I’m having the same issue. I do have the yearly covrprice membership,
I’ve even tried generating a pdf from the cloud share setting.

Should be good for you now, I checked the system and looks like you’re up and running with yearly now!
Can you try again?

It still doesn’t show the covrprice value.
I regenerated the link and it is set to private.
Cloud view doesn’t even show it when looking at the entries.

@DaleZ

When you want to view values in Cloud, make sure you are logged in and add the “CovrPrice Value” as a column to your columns.

Should look like this:

When you choose columns for your screen (or for PDF printing, make sure you choose CovrPrice Value (and not “Value”) as field.

Note that values will never show if you are not logged in on Cloud - it is not public data. You need to be logged in.
