When updating old Book Collector Purchase website instructed us to switch to online. Now locked out with an unusable backup

We tried to purchase a new year of Book Connector computer yesterday. The license loaded and when we went to update our old software it only allowed a trial version and would not connect. It took us back to the purchase page and told us that we should have been on Book Collector online.

I now am locked out of our 1400+ catalogue of books and cannot open it to even try to upload our backup.

Please advise
