Why do loose games + box or + manual have higher value than CIB?

Noticed that prices are lower for CIB than they are for a loose game + box or a loose game + manual. Doesn’t make sence to me.
For example Street Fighter IV for XBOX 360 has CIB value 5,85€. Loose + manual has 9,72€ value.
So i throw the disc away and sell the box with the manual only?

The listed prices are from Pricecharting.com
PC while nice for a rough idea shouldn’t be used as the end-all be-all on a games worth. PC calculates it’s prices based on ebay listings and it’s honestly not super reliable. .hack Vol 1 (JP region) is currently sitting at 60 some dollars but when you look at the ebay listing that raised the price it’s a listing for volumes 1 though 4 not just volume 1.

As much as I like PC I wouldn’t put absolute faith in it’s prices.

How do you enter your games then? Do you go for loose + manual + box or CIB? Also newer platforms don’t even have manuals, are these also CIB, or loose + box? What would be the most accurate? I guess it would be CIB. Also, I have some new/sealed games are “worth less” then loose + box. I am aware that its not really accurate, and I don’t care much for prices (other than when I want to sell something), but the logic is completely gone
