WMP has shut down the metadata service, which means I cannot download Album info or cover art in WMP when I rip a CD. Any way to transfer metadata from music collector to WMP other than copy and pasting each track?
In Music Collector, you can click “Add Album” and then put the CD in your disc tray, and then let it scan (use the CDID tab) to add it to your collection in Music Collector.
Music Collector can not rip a CD.
Music Collector can write idv3 tag data to music files - but I’m sure there are way better programs out there to rip CDs and get metadata - but I don’t have any tips on that I’m afraid.
