Please help me I want to completely remove Movie Collector from my C drive and reinstall it on a new SSD drive I have as I am rapidly running out of space on my C drive. I have tried moving the files to the SSD and when it goes to do a backup it no matter how I try to point it to the new SSD drive it always goes to backup on C.
I reallu do want to have reenter the 10000 + so I will sync up from the core granted I will need to reenter some information but better than haviing to redo from scratch.
Also been getting running low space on my ram suggestions on what I do about that as I am not sure what processes I can disable.
Hi Robert, I also replied to your email, I see you posted the exact same support request here now. Here is a copy of what I emailed to you:
I would strongly advise against removing/reinstalling our software on a different location. The program should be on C. Also, the program is very small.
Only the images data can become LARGE.
And.. you can move that to a new SSD.
Here’s how:
BTW: I see you are still using the legacy Movie Collector desktop software.
Have you considered switching to our modern CLZ Movies Web software, for your browser?
CLZ Movies Web is easier to use and easier to manage, while still giving you all features and customization options.
Also, CLZ Movies Web is what all our development and support is focused on.
It also takes 0 space on your C drive. Of course.
If you switch to CLZ Movies Web with our Trade-In offer, we will trade-in your remaining Movie Collector subscription days and will transfer them to CLZ Movies Web, plus we will add 4 extra months for free.
Full details about the advantages of CLZ Movies Web, and our Trade-In Offer can be found here:
