Not sure if this is a core error or a bug in how the CLZ program is processing the data. I’ve imported data and one of the issues is X-Factor Special : Prisoner of Love. When I go to link to the series, I can see the book represented in core, but I cannot select it. When I go directly to the link to core from the individual issue, the behavior is the same.
I have seen this behavor for a number of single book “series”, documenting this one in hopes that it can be reproduced/fixed.
I looked at the series in Core and could not find anything strange there. Next I used CLZ Comics to look up this series and I had no trouble whatsoever adding this series to my local database.
You mentioned the CLZ program; what app or software are you using exactly?
I agree that “add comics from Core” works for this. In my case I’ve imported the content from my own CSV file so I’m trying to “Link to Core” from an already established record. This is in CLZ for Comics Web, to answer your question.
As you can see from the images below, I can see the appropriate item in the seach dialog when I search for “X-Factor Special”.
The problem for this one was that the issue was called “NN” in our system. We’ve just linked it for you and all should be good on your side now. Let me know how you get on!
