I’ve tried using app submit feature, but when uploading the cover photo I receive the message “Uploading cover, please wait”
I let sit for 4 min without any completion.
I tried this on more than 1 cover.
Hello CLZ_AJ - I do not actually want to change my username. Based on a message above I thought it was more useful for us to change the assigned number under “Personal Details” to a name, however I cannot seem to do that. I can change my username under “CLZ Account” but not the number assigned to me as my “Name” under “Personal Details”.
There are several series entries for Knights of Pendragon, all correct, but nothing for this UK-only compilation. And there’s are two (conflicting) entries for TV21 (one of them under the title TV Century 21) but neither of them has my issue added.
I know you’re busy, but adding titles to help other collectors is kind of the heart and soul of the app for me. I’ve got a load more titles to send to Core, but I’m holding off because I don’t want to add to your workload. You guys really do need to sort this out. Thanks!
@Owlboy I have processed your submissions and accepted those who were submitted correctly, and those which I thought to be comics.

I have merged the series ‘TV Century 21’ to ‘TV21’.

Let me first say I love your intention. However submitting one or two issues for a series that holds dozens or hundreds of other issues isn’t really productive.
Instead it would be more logical to add the WHOLE SERIES instead. That way the complete series is listed at once. Which, to me, seems to be way more helpful.
This is something that we are doing already occasionally. However, when we are doing this, we are doing this based on general popularity of the series.
I am happy to hear that you enjoy helping us at CLZ AND your fellow users by making the Core better. But what you need to be aware of is that for the CLZ crew there is always a trade-off between various tasks and projects to work on.
For example, our content managers can work on adding your “Fascinating Folklore” and “Elsie Harris Picture Palace” series, OR they can spend their time going through the Uncanny X-Men Vol. 1 series, doing quality control, fixing all errors, making sure all issues have the correct creators and characters list, fixing release dates, variant descriptions etc…
Doing the former will make YOU happy, and maybe 2 or 3 future users who own the same books.
Doing the latter will be beneficial to tens of thousands of our users.
THAT right there is the problem we struggle with on a daily basis.

I second this! I submitted new Coffin books weeks ago and they still haven’t been added! Not sure why those books would be rejected considering all others have been added previously! It’s frustrating!
I’ve submitted a few submissions over the last 2 months to get some comics added, but do not know if they have been added yet. Maybe they were added? Thanks
Just seeing this… I have a couple hundred missing newsstands that I’ve just selected the A cover and added a tag saying that it’s really a newsstand. If I were to export those issues can I email them to you for a bulk import?
Unfortunately to get barcodes would require hours for me to pull each and every comic I’ve filed away in a box. I’m currently at 336 confirmed missing newsstands that I own (mostly 2005 and newer). Unless you want to add me to the CLZ payroll, lol. I can give you a list with whatever title information you already have in CLZ for the cover A and provide a tag that indicates that a newsstand version exists. It’s at least a start…
Sorry, but it does not make sense for us to add the Newsstand editions without barcodes or newsstand cover images.
We need both before we will add them.

Sure, that will help, but that will generate a LOT of work on our side. IF we can find the barcodes and images, which I am not sure about.
Yeah, the books submitted via “Submit to Core” seem to be hit and miss as to what gets processed. I’ve submitted a handful over the last few months. Some have been processed, some haven’t.
If I’ve submitted some of them incorrectly, is there any way to get feedback on why it wasn’t processed?
