I’m using Import from DVD Profiler. I selected the upload file, and the screen popped up a progress bar indicating the file was uploaded.
Then I clicked the Import button.
The screen popped up a new “Import” progress bar, with “Preparing…”.
However, there is no progress.
How long should I expect the “Preparing…” phase to take before I see any indication of actual processing underway?
I have just over 1000 titles in DVD Profiler.
It could take a little while but if you’re waiting for like a minute and nothing is happening I would refresh the page and try again.
If that doesn’t work either, can you send me the file through https://clz.wetransfer.com so we can check it out?

By the way, the local images folder is over 200MB: do they all get uploaded to your server during the import process?
