I would advice you to submit these to us through the Submit to Core feature in your app or software. That way we can match and process these into Core.
Be sure to follow the guidelines and fill in each and every field with correct information.

Seeing this is a smaller comic publisher, as mentioned in the rules for reporting missing comics in the link above, I would advice to use Submit to Core for this.
