thanks for trying to help, but i have spent hours trying to figure all this crap out and have gotten nowhere.

i accidentally updated my comic collection from where it was saved 2 years ago, so i have no idea how to correct this and have spent hours trying to figure it out and gat nowhere

Two ways to resolve this:

  • try to find your original database file on your computer, it should be a .cmc file. Try to find the largest one on your computer.

OR

  • just create a new database file and download your collection from the cloud.

how do i download it from the load?

ho do i go about downloading from the cloud? realize i am not very tech savvy

I have already explained that twice. See above.

just create a NEW database in the desktop software, then save it under a NEW filename, then Sync with CLZ Cloud to download your cloud data.
